Notes - He was a twin, joined the Victorian Railways 14 November 1876 and was employed for many years. He voted in the Federal Referendum on Federation in 1899, he was then a railway Guard at Maryborough, he was reputed to have been a Guard on the "Overland" from Melbourne to Adelaide.
